I am based in Oklahoma City and most of my work is here. I also take work in Tulsa and the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex. I do not have an office in either one, and I would rather say that up front than have you find out later.
Oklahoma City

Most of my work is here. Delivery runs primarily virtual, which is what makes it fast. When something needs a room, I can be in front of you in Oklahoma City inside twenty four hours, walk the workflow with the people who actually run it, and be back when the first piece goes live.
Tulsa

Close enough that I can be in front of you inside twenty four hours, same as Oklahoma City, for the parts that need a room and a whiteboard. I have connections in Tulsa and I take work there. Fewer people are doing this kind of operations work in Tulsa than in a market its size would suggest, which is good news if you are the one looking.
Dallas and Fort Worth

I have connections in the metroplex and I take work there. I do not keep a Dallas office, so what you get is an operator running lean out of Oklahoma City rather than metroplex overhead. If you need someone in your building every week, I am not your best option, and I will tell you that on the first call.
What happens in person, and what happens remote.
Most of the build runs remote, because that is where it is fastest and it keeps your cost down. The parts that go better in a room are the workflow walkthrough and the handoff to your team. I will drive for those: Oklahoma City and Tulsa inside twenty four hours, the metroplex by arrangement. The audit itself is thirty minutes and runs virtual, so nothing waits on a calendar.
Everything I install runs on your existing tools where possible, so nothing about the work depends on me being in the building after it is live. That is the point of building it this way.
