THE FIELD SCHOOL

Your team can build this.

AI operations training for architecture, engineering, and construction teams. One day, on your workflows, not a slide deck. Your people leave with working automations they built themselves.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The people who already run your operation.

The project coordinator who chases submittals. The controller who rebuilds the same report every month. The ops manager who carries the whole workflow in his head. They know the business better than any consultant ever will. I teach them to build the automation around the work they already own.

No IT department required. If your people can build a spreadsheet, they can build what I teach.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Working automations, built in the room.

By the end of the day your team has built three working automations on your own workflows, with your own data. A report that assembles itself. A follow-up that never forgets. A handoff that happens without a reminder.

You also leave with the playbook: what to build next, what to leave alone, and how to tell the difference.

WHERE I DRAW THE LINE

What I teach, and what I install.

I teach your team to automate the work they own. Reporting, follow-up, intake, checklists, the weekly rhythm of their own desks. Things that fail loudly, where a miss costs an hour and teaches a lesson.

The deep seams stay my job. Accounting reconciliation, cross-system integrations, anything that fails quietly and costs real money at month-end. That line is not me protecting my business. It is judgment about what should never break silently. Part of the workshop is showing your team exactly where that line sits in your shop.

Travel inside Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and DFW is included. Beyond that, the trip is priced with your quote.

THE GUARANTEE

If the room does not leave with working automations, you do not pay.

I can make that promise because the day starts from your workflows, not a deck. We build on what your team actually does, so the result works because it has to.

THE MATH

Run your own numbers.

Eight operations people reclaiming four hours a week is roughly a hundred thousand dollars a year at loaded cost. You do not have to take my word for the hours. Put your own workflow into the workload calculator and see what the manual version costs you. Open the workload calculator

Common questions

The people who do the work, not the people who supervise it. Project coordinators, controllers, admins, ops managers. Mix departments if you want, the cross-talk is half the value.

The ones you already pay for. The stack decides the curriculum, which is why every session starts from your workflows instead of a standard deck. If a tool is missing, I will tell you before the session, not sell it to you during.

On-site if you can. The room matters: whiteboards, side conversations, the person two desks over saying that report is mine. Virtual works well for distributed teams and for the half day.

Yes. That is the other half of what I do. Some firms train first and hire me for the deep seams later. Some start with the audit and add training when their team wants the skill. Both doors are open.

Start with the audit

One day. Your workflows. Working automations.

Sessions run on-site in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and DFW, or virtual anywhere.
